Adding a New Connector -- Authentication FlowLast Updated: January 09, 2020
We are constantly improving the process of adding a new Connector. But for now, you need to let your Spiff Account Manager know that you want to add a new connector.
After your Account Manager has enabled the new Connector on your account, you will need to go to the Admin > Connectors page here:
Click the authenticate button on the name of the instance you want to authenticate (for example Salesforce) and then you will go through a standard authentication flow for the connector. For example, for Salesforce, it will take you to the Salesforce log in screen. After that, if you have successfully authenticated, you will see this screen.
If there were any errors, you should get an error message.
